How do I get started?
You need to have an account to be able to upload your videos on iChatClips.
If you don’t have an account yet, please register here.

What are the file sizes and duration limits of the videos I can upload in iChatClips?
Each member has 300 MB of space.

How do I add a contact?
Click the user you want to add then click “Add to Friends” button on the upper right.

How do I delete one of my videos?
Log in to your account > Click “My Videos” > Remove

How do I change my email address?
Log in to your account > Click “My Profile” > Change the email address > Update Profile

How do I delete my account?
Please use our contact form for account removal request.

How do I upload a video?
Go to the Upload tab and upload your video. All video format that are allowed avi, mpg, mov, asf, mpeg, xvid, divx, 3gp, mkv, 3gpp, mp4, rmvb, rm, dat, wmv, flv, ogg

How do I embed and share my videos?
Copy and paste the embedded codes to your website / blog or forum. You can share it to your friends by providing the URL video located on the address bar and on the right side of the video player.

Why can’t play or see any videos?
You don’t have the latest Adobe Flash Player installed on your PC.
